1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Releqe Value AB, a Swedish company offering professional framing and certification of sports memorabilia. By using our services or submitting an item for framing, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
Releqe Value AB provides professional memorabilia framing, custom-made certificates of authenticity, and optional gallery display of finished work. We do not sell official merchandise, replicate logos, or claim affiliation with sports teams, leagues, or athletes unless explicitly stated.
3. Customer Responsibility & Ownership
By submitting an item, you confirm that you are its legal owner, have the right to authorize Releqe Value AB to handle and frame it, and that the item does not violate third-party intellectual property rights. We may decline service where legitimacy or ownership is in question.
4. Certificates of Authenticity
Releqe Value AB may issue Origin, Signature Edition, or Signature Provenance certificates based on the service purchased and documentation supplied. Releqe Value AB is not legally responsible for the truthfulness of third-party documentation supplied by a customer.
5. Liability
We take professional care when handling memorabilia. We cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, damage caused during shipping, or falsified third-party documentation supplied with an item.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Customers sending items to our framing location are responsible for secure packaging and appropriate insurance. Releqe Value AB arranges return shipping after completion. Delivery estimates depend on receipt of any send-in item and the selected delivery service.
7. Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated in SEK and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed. Available secure payment methods are shown during checkout.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Because products may be custom-made, an order cannot be cancelled once framing or certificate production has begun. Completed custom work is refundable where required by applicable law or where a product is defective or damaged due to our fault. Contact us promptly if there is a problem with an order.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Releqe Value AB processes personal data needed for orders, payment, delivery, and communication in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Swedish law. Data is shared with service providers only where necessary to provide the purchased service or meet legal obligations.
10. Intellectual Property
Website content, including Releqe Value AB branding, text, and design, may not be reproduced without permission. We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted trademarks, logos, or branding, which remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising from our services will be handled by the competent Swedish courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
