We may process your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order and payment status, delivery and tracking information, correspondence, and details about memorabilia you send to us. We also process necessary technical data, cookie choices, and, where you consent, website usage statistics. Complete payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Releqe Value.

We process personal data to accept and fulfill orders, receive and handle customer items, take payment, arrange delivery, provide customer service, prevent misuse, and meet accounting and other legal obligations. Processing is based on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent where consent is required, including for Google Analytics.

Data is shared only when needed with providers that support the service, including Kustom and the payment methods offered through its checkout, Sendify and selected carriers, Twilio SendGrid for transactional email, and our hosting, storage, database, accounting, and technical service providers. Kustom, Klarna, carriers, and other payment or delivery providers may act as independent data controllers for their own processing. Their own privacy information applies to that processing. We do not sell personal data.

Some suppliers may process data outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we require an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards under data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

We retain order and accounting records for the period required by Swedish law, normally seven years after the end of the relevant financial year. Other customer service, delivery, and technical information is kept only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, to establish or defend legal claims, or to meet a legal obligation. Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us to exercise a right. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely risk-free, and we review our safeguards as the service changes.
